High-Res images of selected projects can be downloaded directly online for editorial use at photofinders or APIS. Only editorial use of the images, commercial use only after explicit consultation and approval by the photographer. To license und use images fees are counted by the topical MFM fees and engage my terms and conditions. The customer acquires only rights of use in the agreed circumference of the images. Property rights will not be transfered. The customer acquires the rights of use only with the entire payment of the fees. The transference of the acquired rights of use on third is excluded. The unjustified use, or passing on the image to a third part will be punished by paying by the 5- fold picture fee per image and case. The assertion of a further claims for damages is left to the photographer. By every picture publication the photographer is to be named as an originator. From every publication 1 entire copy document is to be send unsolicited free of charge to the photographer.
